LaunchSquad Opportunities:

Account Executive
Account Executives work with clients closely on a day-to-day basis and play a core role in implementing PR activities. Account Executives work on two to four clients and contribute to the success of programs through media relations, outreach, research, creating story and pitch ideas, media and analyst relations, writing, managing speaker and awards programs and executing against PR programs.

Senior Account Executive
Senior Account Executives are skilled PR practitioners who are expected to excel at media relations, social media, writing and overall tactical work. They take a proactive role on three to four client accounts and may lead full PR programs in addition to acting as the go-to contact on some accounts. They are expected to contribute to and sometimes lead story development, program strategy and planning. In addition they are expected to own small team projects and be able to manage day-to-day activities on smaller agency clients and programs with minimal senior oversight.

Account Manager
Account Managers lead two to four accounts and have the responsibility of running a full PR program, serving as the lead for client counsel and guiding the day-to-day direction of the team. They work with top-tier and important trade media outlets, motivate the team, develop and drive story and strategy and oversee the entire PR programs. Account Managers have achieved a mastery of PR skills and bring holistic thinking to the needs of clients. They know how to orchestrate the team in order to get results.

Vice President
Vice Presidents are members of LaunchSquad's senior team and contribute at a leadership level across clients, team development and other business activities. Vice Presidents own and oversee a portfolio of clients, provide strategic counsel to clients and manage account teams. They are responsible for helping to grow and develop LaunchSquad and its team members, and for helping to lead the firm as a strategist, mentor and implementer.
