We built a sustained data storytelling engine to uncover what’s driving modern travel: economic tradeoffs, social-first discovery, generational differences, personalization expectations, and the emotional stakes behind every trip. Through ongoing surveys, we created a steady drumbeat of original data fueling media relations, executive thought leadership, blog content, and social campaigns.


LaunchSquad reimagined iSeatz’s social presence. On LinkedIn, we shifted from sporadic updates to consistent trend commentary and executive POVs about travel tech and evolving travel behavior. On Instagram, we shifted the brand’s visual identity and introduced interactive formats like polls and a recurring “Friday Saves” Story series to increase engagement.
