What’s Cooking?

It may (or may not) come as a surprise, but many of our LaunchSquad teammates are amateur chefs in their free time. Between our infamous annual pie bake-offs, team gathering cooking classes, and the ever-buzzing #chefsquad slack channel, food is more than just nourishment – it's a vehicle for experimentation, community, and creativity. 

When I threw out a request for the best thing they’ve ever made, the team responded with gusto! I’ve compiled them below – and whether you’re looking for a quick weeknight meal, a stunner for a friendly dinner party, or even a bite of something sweet, the #chefsquad has always got you covered. 

Weeknight Eats: 

• Kimchi Udon With Scallions | I've made this one so many times I have it memorized, so it feels like it's probably the correct answer for me – Kate D
• Crispy Gnocchi With Tomato and Red Onion
• Tofu Larb | This is one of my favorite Thai dishes to make at home. It's vegetarian but I like to add some fish sauce for extra funk and flavor – Linnea R 
• Salsa Verde Shredded Beef Bowls
• Greek Lemon Chicken Soup | Not very complex but this is my current absolute obsession – Emily B 

One Pan Wonders:

• Pistachio Pinwheels | One of my fav recipes and for the holidays, I'll roll the edges in red sugar sprinkles instead of demerara sugar to make them extra festive – Rachel R. 
• Earl Grey Tea Cake With Dark Chocolate and Orange Zest | This remains one of my favorite desserts ever – Maria B.
