Improving user engagement with MOFU SEO-driven content to drive more leads
SEOCopywritingFor nearly a decade, LaunchSquad partnered with Cornerstone OnDemand to serve as their content agency of record. When we began our partnership, Cornerstone was known primarily as a SaaS offering for employee recruiting and retention. Other players in the space were better known at the time, but none had a true narrative storytelling engine. We took a journalistic approach, launching their blog with two primary objectives: build brand loyalty and position Cornerstone as a leading voice in the future of work. As the company expanded, we built off of the blog’s success to sow our established narrative across nearly all of Cornerstone’s content initiatives, positively impacting multiple functions within the business.
In 2019, we launched a podcast—HRLabs—to support a campaign around the theme of development (coinciding with Cornerstone’s learning offering). Since its launch, we’ve utilized the podcast as an opportunity to feature customers as well as influencers in the space. Subsequent seasons have aligned with priority sales themes as the business has grown. To date, HRLabs has 114+ 5 star ratings on Apple Podcasts.
