Our team started working with On just as the Swiss brand was first establishing a footprint in the U.S. Despite their cult following among professional athletes, the company's story—a decade-long journey to usurp global giants in sportswear—was largely untold. We sharpened the company's messaging and brought its industry-changing technology into focus while introducing the brand to U.S. press for the first time.

After a series of successful launches, and as the company gained new ground globally, we nudged On into a new era — preparing for a successful IPO. Today, we’re focused on the company’s biggest opportunity yet: becoming a global sportswear leader in pursuit of circularity.

Zendaya for On

Over six months, we worked with On to bring to life their new partnership with actress and fashion icon, Zendaya. The goal was to use PR to drive a splash of coverage, creating broad awareness for the multi-year collaboration, while also meaningfully introducing the partnership and plugging On into a cultural conversation through storytelling. We secured an exclusive story in Vogue that included an in-person interview and a closed-door event with Zendaya, resulting in an in-depth profile on her intentional decision to partner with On. On announcement day, our team engaged with over 40 culture, fashion and entertainment reporters to drive stories and build mass awareness.
