ConsumerWe began working with Zipline in early 2021 with a clear strategic goal: clarify and evolve the company’s perceived position in the market to reflect their leadership, impact and vision.
We started by conducting deep positioning work to understand the nuance of the company’s evolution and vision for the future, working directly with marketing and C-suite leadership to define a new category and shepherd Zipline through a new phase of growth. Throughout our partnership, we served as Zipline’s global communications agency of record, leading story, strategy, thought leadership and media relations in the U.S., as well as playing a strategic role in other international markets.
We worked with Zipline to pursue top-tier awards that helped validate their progress and concept, as well as help the company stand out from the pack among prospective customers and investors. We pride ourselves in crafting award nomination briefs with powerful stories to win over judges from all walks of life. In 2022, this approach resulted in a near sweep of all the top awards on our list for Zipline.
